You can request deletion of your Elite Executive Limos account from any browser. You do not need to install the app.

1. Open your account below and sign in with your verified email.
2. Choose Delete my account in Account settings.
3. Review the information, type DELETE and submit your request.

Our team completes account-deletion requests within 7 days and confirms completion by email. The request covers your app account, saved guests and saved payment methods. Payment and ride records may need to be retained for existing bookings or legal obligations. We will explain any retained records when responding.

A deletion request does not cancel existing rides. For changes to a booking or if you cannot access your email, contact info@eliteexecutivelimos.com or +1 (305) 465-0400. We will need to verify account ownership.
